I have been trying to see a doctor at UT Southwestern but was turned down by the staff who expalined to me that he was the chairman. I could see someone else but not the doctor I wanted. I complained to the insurance company and said you are fine that this doctor is cherry picking his patients and the said yes. It is just business.
